Theme: "Need a Faith-Lift?" We're not talking surface Botox here, ladies, when we claim God's fix for a sagging soul and a downcast countenance. When the Almighty gives His loved ones a faith-lift He performs a face-lift, too! As the psalmist David discovered, "Those who look to the LORD are radiant." Psalm 34?5
Speaker: Julia Holtze Her passion is Jesus. Her life mission is helping women discover the abundant life He promises. Through speaking, writing, teaching, one-on-one spiritual formation, and prayer, Julia encourages an intimate relationship with the Savior who loves and transforms women into the people they were created to be. With Scripture always the foundation, Julia intersperses life stories and analogies in a personal, narrative style that creates a safe atmosphere for sharing. Julia is an instructor at Bethel Seminary in the long-distance Transformational Leadership program. Prior to Bethel, she served as the women's ministries leader and a member of the preaching team at Woodcrest Church in Eagan, MN. Julia and husband John have two daughters (10 and 13) and have ministered on short-term missions trips to Uganda, Israel, and Columbia.
Special Guests: Jeremiah & Vanessa Gamble Get ready for a faith-lift as this talented husband-wife team returns to perform The Psalm King, a moving, passionate, and frequently hilarious musical based on the life and psalms of David. In the midst of his humanity the shepherd-turned-king was captured by the heart of his God. Jeremiah and Vanessa comprise the Theater for the Thirsty, a two-person theater company specializing in entertaining, music-infused, funny, soul stirring, and imaginative theater.
Worship Leader: Pam Nelson Finding women who desire to celebrate life, journey together, and support each other in Christ are some of the passions of Pam's life! Through her experience as a Bible study leader, Music Ministries Director, and inspirational speaker, God has challenged Pam to lead from a place of service while continuing to be teachable and transparent.
