Spiritual nurturing. Caring friends. Memories for a lifetime. In fulfillment of Jesus' Great Commission to make disciples, Camp Lebanon is excited to offer a four-track program for leadership training. Teens may apply for more than one level of training for the summer, serving from one to ten weeks. All weekends are off and spent away from Camp.

The adventure begins here for the aspiring Camp Lebanon Staff member. Upon completion, "graduates" are eligible to apply for Service Crew and LIT. This program is structured in two-week units, and both weeks must be completed in order to graduate from Sweat Team.
