Sub-zero temps make for miserable work as Swanville Construction hangs ceiling steel.
Looking toward the future wood shop section, the finished product looks great!
Next week, the spray foam insulation crew is scheduled to come. But in order to foam in this nasty weather, the shop needs heat! Here, contractor Dean Lange hangs a Reznor heater in the grounds/metal shop.
Art lends Dean a hand. The LP heaters will serve as backup units since primary heat will come from a hydronic floor system w/ an electric boiler.
Busy day! Installers from Central Overhead Door Co. get to work to get things closed in.
South view as of 12/18. Once the soffits are installed, then the 2nd awning will be installed (see exposed header above windows).
